« Comfortable and convenient to the restaurants and town centre. It is only a 10 minute walk from the catherdral and river. The parking behind the hotel is a necessity. However some of the rooms are above the street so can be traffic noise. »

Breakfast and dinner excellent. Only small minus after they had lost that we'd prepaid for a meal . They were polite and I believe a new computer system was the problem but could've said sorry. Overall very enjoyable stay. »

« Lovely property. Top quality furnishings and well thought out. The large walk-in shower with rain shower head was wonderful. The space was well laid-out and beautifully designed. It felt like a home. Excellent location. Close to restaurants, and in walking distance of the downtown area. We would definitely stay there again. »

« I had to contact the hosts to get the key code and access arrangements, as up until mid afternoon the day before, I had not heard anything. Although the wifi code and password was included in the message with the key code, when we arrived at Coneygree I could not access my messages because there was no wifi. Suggest that the code and password be left at the accommodation. We had problems with the radiator in the bedroom not working, likewise the bathroom towel rail. Having lived in Worcester for...

« Hotel is in need of modernisation very old and tatty furniture, hair in bath plug from previous guest, no soap, shower gel in bathroom you have to pay if you want it and at £134 a night i expect at least soap to wash your hands. Just a shame as it’s a perfect location but the hotel needs some renovations. »

« A really lovely property with lots of character inside and out! It’s in a prime location and easy to reach the historic sites of the city. The property is furnished really well and our host provided toiletries and kitchen/cooking supplies. The beds and bedrooms are really comfortable and we felt right at home! »

« We couldn't make it but our friends stayed and said the accommodation was very clean and well positioned for the town. There only criticism was parking they paid and parked on the nearby supermarket. »
