"Staff very friendly and helpful. Had plug adapter available. Booked tickets for bus for us. Loved the room and decor. Restaurant was good but expensive. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend and stay there again. Very good location and safe. "

"Other than having a fire alarm go off at one in the morning and we had to evacuate the building. And we didn’t know about the triathlon on Sunday, 10 August they need to notify the people staying there at least days in advance, if not weeks. We should’ve got compensated for fire that we didn’t see."

"Attended an even at the National Theatre so this was the perfect spot on the south bank for an overnight stay. The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean and lots of space. "
