"Stayed here while hiking Tallulah Gorge State Park. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Had to cancel the second night due to how disgusting it was. Staff didn’t disagree and approved refund. If you stay here, this is what you can expect: Hair all over the bathroom and disgusting around toilet and shower Sticky carpet Could hear next door room very loudly Heavy weed smell blowing in from air conditioner Stains on sheets Entirety of the hotel hallways wreaked of cigarettes Room smelled like there was a sewage backup and they never bothered to steam clean afterwards. "

"Great stay overall. The cabin was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The hot tub was hot and relaxing, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook comfortably. The amenities like the pool and tennis weren’t open for the season during our stay, but everything else made up for it. The host was responsive and easy to work with. "

"The listing was very accurate. Based on prior reviews, I thought they would correct some of the inconveniences. There were no hangers. There was no toilet paper holder or towel holder. The air-conditioning heating units did not work. I had to eventually turn off the system and open the windows. There needs to be instructions on how to change from heating to air-conditioning. The symbols on the air-conditioning unit are confusing to understand unless you’re familiar with that unit. There were no sheets for the sofa bed. based on prior reviews, several people had requested these simple changes and I thought they would’ve been done. They seem like very easy changes for the owners to improve someone stay at the home. I’m not sure they are looking at their reviews."
