« Very clean, quiet »

« In the three and a half days I was there, not one housekeeper cleaned my room. The hotel indicated, on an information sheet given at check-in, that housekeeping would be done every other day. I got back to my room too late on the second day to call down to have any “light” cleaning. What was more troubling was the “handicap” features. Grab bar placement in the tub was inadequate, no non-stick surface on the tub had me in fear of a fall. The commode was normal height with no grab bar...

« The couch pictured in the VRBO pictures is far away for a reason. The couch and pillows had stains all over it. The sheets on the bed had stains. The pictures on VRBO make the bathroom look awesome. They forgot to take picture of the red rod hanging down from the ceiling ducked taped to the curtain rod to keep it from falling. »
