« I enjoyed my stay at Harrahs. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered room service food from the grill which arrived quickly and tasted fresh. The only thing I was wondering was why The Bridges didn't have room service. I did go to Bridges for breakfast and it tasted fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed the casino with had a good selection of slots, but I would stay there even without gaming. I enjoyed it very much. »

« We have stayed here several times through the years and it’s one of few that have smoking rooms for a reasonable price. Close to three dispensaries, station, and a Quiznos in walking distance it worked for us. »

« Adorable little cabin! Quiet and peaceful lake, no loud party barges or music blaring...We came for the quilt show in Paducah and we ate at Paducah, Metropolis, and Brookport, all were a quick drive. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the quilt show. »

The indoor space is compact but very cleverly designed and comfortable, and the outdoor space including the deck, fire pit, hot tub and lake shore are all top-notch. We only stayed one night and I wish our trip had allowed us more time to enjoy this spot. »

« The home was just as advertised, beautiful and clean! It’s a slightly older home that has been renovated but still a great stay for the price. Not a lot to do in Metropolis but we were in Paducah the majority of our time here. Very easy drive. There is construction on the bridge from Illinois to Kentucky so keep that in mind if traveling at heavy traffic times. »

« The cabin is great. The lake is pretty small, kayaked around it in about an hr.Great place to relax and recharge. The surrounding communities had lots to explore and good food and drinks. »

« My daughter and I enjoyed this so much! Very clean, peaceful and relaxing! The hosts covered everything we would need. The only feedback I had was wishing checkout was a little later at 12pm instead of 10am. We were sad to go and bummed we couldn’t enjoy the lake a bit more before heading out. Definitely recommend for a nice getaway! »

« This cabin is amazing! It is clean and well stocked, and the couch and bed are very comfortable. I really enjoyed sitting on the porch, just inches away from the lake, and listening to tons of birds in the morning. I even saw a bald eagle! I haven't felt this relaxed in a long time. « The host was very welcoming calling ahead and leaving us a little gift for our anniversary. This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We loved it so much the first time. There were a few disappointments this time. There is a different hot tub which is smaller and not quite as comfortable. The swing by the lake is no longer there. However, the biggest disappointment was that the back porch is no longer screened in. So we had to use bug spray to sit out there to not get bit up by mosquitoes. »
