« Was disappointed that half the waterpark was shutdown, especially having 3 littles and not being able to use that section we intended to hence why we booked there. When we went to the restaurant, I had to ask to have our table wiped down and no one was in the restaurant. Our buzzer never went off for our food, when we got our food it was cold. « The entire experience was awesome from the friendly checkin staff to the beautiful aesthetic (the arrowhead lodge shines through) the clean and cozy room with NO hallway noise, the great bartender and the beautiful cafe/bar area. The best continental breakfast spread I have ever seen and the sweet gal tending to it. Will definitely stay here again!! »

« Spacious, clean and having a TV in each room was a nice surprise. Our grandchildren loved their loft, but in the advertisement it says bedroom, which would tell you that the room is enclosed. This is important with the amount of light and sound keeping them awake when trying to get them to sleep. However, it was a very nice memory, and maybe we'll return to see it the summer. It looked like a great view! »

« The cabin was decorated for Christmas. The decor was original to the cabin unlike any others making it feel cozy and relaxing . Everything was clean and organized where everything was easy to find .. I would suggest it and will be going back !!! »

« There were several things that I really liked about this rental. First, there was an upstairs and a downstairs bathroom. This was both helpful and essential, especially with young children still learning to potty train. The other thing I really enjoyed was the gas stove with a griddle feature. This allowed me to quickly grill French toast and grilled cheese for a hungry crowd. The gas fire both warmed the room and was a comfort during the cold, stormy weather. Overall, the stay was comfortable....

« Cabin door locks falling off, smoke detector dismantled, light bulbs burned out with no replacements, lack of usable pots and pans, appliances were dirty, coffee pot had old used grounds in it, no extra linens for pullout couches, crusted toothpaste in sinks, and host refused to reply to messages sent. »
