« OBSESSED WITH THIS PROPERTY!!! I booked it without realizing it was on an island so I had no idea what to expect. We were late getting in and didn’t arrive until close to midnight. The owners left a lovely little email with instructions on how to enter the property. At first impression, we weren’t sure what to expect. « The room was filthy, tub toilet sink mirror were dirty. The caretaker Amos didnt come to the door when we called the number on the office door. The TV didnt work. I mean you get what you pay for i guess. It was infested with ants and spiders and smelled like mold. We stayed for 2 days because of weather conditions but when we got out to camp, our campsite was cleaner lol. »

« This was a great space and perfect for our needs. The yurt was comfortable and the fire pit was great. Really awesome to have a nice table and grill and the hammock was comfortable. Good lights and drinkable water were plentiful. Will be back! »

« Awesome property for a group of friends trying to hangout and have a good time. Owner was super helpful and understanding on various matters. Great beach access, where you can swim to various different islands and do cliff jumping. As you can see in the photo, there was also a water trampoline which the owners allowed us to use. On top of this, the owners provide kayaks and boats you can use to go into the water. Spacious cabins, and we were even granted an additional one complimentary. Overall...

« Very nice, private site with lots of forested area around. The tent is spaceous and cozy with comfortable, warm beds and all of the amenities. The kitchen gazebo was well stocked for dishes and cooking equipment, as well as minifridge, stove and bbq. Latchable cabinets for food storage as well. The site is very well maintained and clean. The nighttime lighting really creates a relaxing ambiance. Sibo and Gee are lovely hosts. 10/10 would recommend! »

« Very nice area for cycling, mix of road and gravel. No worries about the ferry, even in rainy condition. The set up is very nice, large deck on the river, perfect for a large group ! »

« This place is just a lot less glamorous than the listing would imply. We had 9 adults in our group but this cabin only sleeps 6 max. So we had to rent a second cabin for full price. The manager was helpful tho and answered our questions. »

« Basic cottage. We appreciated air conditioning and view. Exterior chairs where all broken, had to wash dishes, dirty floors. BBQ had no grill so took neighbors, was rusty and very dirty. Can not swim as mentioned. Only for fishing. There is a beach at a waking distance but not nice to swim in, small and weeds. Good place to fish if this is your intention. « As advertised... Relaxing spot by the water. Great place to relax and reset. Cozy turnkey cabin (Birch). Outdoor, hot tub heated by fire, was a gem. The only drawback, wood required to use it must be procured. »
