"My stay was an unexpected pleasure, upon arrival, I thought it wasn’t going to go so well. Although the hotel was aged , my room was exceptionally clean and odor free and I slept like a baby, in the bes. I wasn’t sure how that was going to go but, 💤😴 I had a very good night slep and woke to a very nice breakfast. The staff wnt over and above the call of duty. "I was supposed to check into my room at 3:00 I did not get to check into my room until 5:00 because there was nobody in the office the windows were busted out of my room it was infested with roaches my door did not lock I'm going in or coming out.. And the fire alarm didn't work"
