« A very budget motel with some units rented as apartments. I woke many times when the old refrigerator kicked in. It was a load death rattle to be sure. Also, late night activity in the parking lot until midnight. I looked out to see somebody in a pickup truck unloading furniture outside of a nearby room. Crazy. Not the best place to get a restful nights sleep. »

« The property was beautiful. It was remote and the scenery was picturesque. The sound traveled oddly clear over the lake. We could make out distict voices from the house across the way although it was too far to see them. We didn't mind the noise, though. The problem was that there was no wifi, no bath towels, no hand towels, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and no broom. We had to go to the closest walmart 25 minutes away to buy these basic amenities for ourselves. There was a canoe and paddle...

« Just what we were looking for! Quiet, cozy place for a long weekend away. Javier was a great communicator, very prompt. Check-in/check-out super easy. Easy 30 min. drive to Galena for the day. House had pretty much everything we needed. Plenty of room for a bigger family as well. »
