« Check in was a bit of a hassle as I was informed I had two reservations in my name instead of one, and I would have to pay for both unless I cancelled one. Then was informed I had to go through Expedia and could not do it at the check in desk. Went to Expedia and got great customer service and got it cancelled. Front desk was not very helpful, telling me to use the confirmation number of the extra reservation when I did not even have it. »

« It was incredibly musty, they did have a dehumidifier going. The bathrooms were a bit gross, rusty and super dirty in the corners. Paint blotches all over the walls throughout our room, where they attempted touch ups. I would have thought after the flood, they would have had a refresh/remodel. Nope. Way over charging for such a subpar hotel. Would not recommend. »
