Location was perfection, on the beach, near a snorkeling spot where the water is shallow and still like a pool for young kids, restaurants were all nearby. Our only issues were the gates to the beach entrances had rusted and malfunctioning but were repaired during our visit. The living room furniture, dining/bar seats, and patio furniture have some wear and tear stains that need tending to. Of note, there are lots of stairs and the stairs to the beach are steep, so not for disabled or very out of shape people, and could be a bit dangerous for little kids. The home was clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The balcony quickly became our favorite spot. We loved sitting out there every morning, soaking in the view of the sparkling water, and each evening watching the breathtaking sunsets.The gated community made us feel secure and private, and having access to multiple pools in addition to the beach gave us the perfect mix of fun and relaxation for the whole family.A special thanks to Alex, our guest liaison with Modern Beach, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. The home being right on the beach can't be beat...quick/easy access to the beach via a short walk over the private walkway.
