"Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. "The breakfast was fresh, but the hot meals were only lukewarm. The heating and air conditioning, as needed, worked good. The television was broken as soon as we moved in, but it was fixed right away. The coffee maker was broken as we moved in and it was fixed right away with a brand new machine. The electrical panel was loose and so the USA plug did not work until it was repaired. Those aren’t the kind of snafus I expect from a hotel of this quality. Location is perfect for what we wanted. The doorman were great and the concierge was very helpful on recommending restaurants. The receptionist at check-in was difficult to understand because of a heavy accent and or poor English."
