Room smelled like urine in the living room. King sized bedroom had it's own bathroom but no hooks to hang up anything. Otherwise it was a nice place

The property definitely has an “urban- industrial vibe! The bed had nice bright white linens and bed was comfortable, check in was a breeze- staff very friendly. Nice atmosphere; nice bar. Cannot comment on the food as we didn’t eat there- next time! My only complaint was that the windows could be cleaner and the very cool looking throw rugs look like they haven’t been washed in awhile - pretty stained up. Oh, and I would love to see a coffeemaker in the room but I doubt that will happen. Overall, nice place for the money! I would recommend this hotel and I will return there.

Greg the night desk staff is amazing. I arrived from airport and was in car accident and got in late and had to extend stay. He went above and beyond to change my room so I could sleep in late and not have to change rooms. I also had an incident leaving 4 am Saturday and thought I left wallet in room. He went to room searched and even was going to have pilots on way to airport bring it to me. Way above and beyond. Always remembered me by name. Hotel was super clean and room spacious and bed incredibly comfortable. Convenient location with happening bar but yet super quiet up in hallways and rooms. Excellent would stay again.

We stayed here this past weekend. The room itself was big & spacious. The front desk attendant however was pretty rude when we arrived. We are from out of town so tried to call & see if we could check in early but just got left on hold. Upon arrival (we were about 30-45 minutes early) we asked if their was any early check in and she said check in was at 4 accross the board without even checking if any rooms were ready… we then asked if we could store our bags at least and she said do we look like we do bag storage which is a pretty rude way of communicating that wasn’t an option. We returned later after getting some food and there was a new desk attendant who was much kinder a young gentleman and he had a much better attitude & responses. The room itself was a lot bigger than expected & very spacious. The location is pretty central so within walking distance to a lot of sites/ food etc. the building does have a lot of interesting characters that hangout out front (homeless etc) but they didn’t bother us we just went on our way. I would stay here again for the price point/ convenience but if you’re looking for the 5 star hotel service/ experience this is not it. It feels more like a airbnb or rented apartment.
