I stayed in one of the Superior Rooms. Presented well, clean, maintained well. Housekeeping staff and Reception staff as well as Room Service were quick to act on requests. Had also booked a separate room for family visiting South Africa on a different floor. Happy with service and will definitely be back. Tulu and Thuli (Chef) in the restaurant, Moeketse in the bar area, you guys were wonderful. One Maintenance gentlemen, I have to mention - changed the safe batteries for me, he was very kind and so respectful throughout our stay. Overall - Impressed. ❤️

The hotel is noce but thw looks are lackong with faiclites. Has issue with shower not workong properly. Safe was dead amd had to be rebatteried, no iron on room and took long for them to supply one. Hair-dryer was makong a wierd noise and had to get it replaced.

Rooms are small, but you really can’t be this location. About 400 feet from the Nelson Mandela Square where there’s a great mall with a lot of adoption. Also 800 feet from the train station gets you to and from the airport. It’s really convenient and safe Neighborhood to stay in to explore Johannesburg. ...
