"I will definitely return to the Hard Rock! The staff from the valet to checkout was friendly, fun, and helpful. We had a 2 queen balcony room overlooking the pool and the Atlantic. The room was gorgeous, roomy and comfy! The food in the restaurant is amazing, the bartenders are great as well! Room service, if you choose to use it, was 15 minutes! I highly recommend the conch chowder; amazing! The pool area is gorgeous, with hot tubs and a splash pad for the youngsters. The beach is steps away, and of course there is music! Highly, highly recommend!"

"Had a good experience over all . Needed toilet paper one night and was told they didn't have any . Also my baby wears an owlet sock at night and I needed a wifi password to connect to it , was told they don't have a wifi password so that made me pretty uneasy sleeping at night. Bed sheets and cover were stained and all mirrors and the door overlooking the ocean looked as if they haven't been cleaned in months . Had to get help and a new key almost everytime we left the room and returned due to them not working . Very inconvenient holding a baby and all the things . However I did hear them say they were replacing all door locks next week."
