« Pros-
I made the reservation at the last minute and because it was after 12 it had me check in at 3pm that day. Which was fine. As long as the hotel has room, usually they are able to just change the reservation. I mistakenly asked for a smoking room but he was able to change it for me.
The staff was friendly and other than the below complaint, the room was clean and the sheets even smelled really good.

However, changing the room to nonsmoking didn’t seem to matter. Either the room...

« There is no proper heater (so it was very cold), TV was not working, no trash cans. Your website said there is free breakfast but there was no breakfast provided. Also there is no coffee in the room which is very basic thing in the morning. My worst experience so far in any hotel. »
