Nestled in the heart of Lewisville, this 6-bedroom vacation home offers a tranquil retreat for your next getaway. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Gather your loved ones around the dining table and enjoy quality time together.

Unwind in the cozy living room, curl up with a good book, or challenge your friends to a game night. When it's time to relax, head outside and take a dip in the private pool. Enjoy the fresh air and stunning views as you sip your morning coffee or savor an evening cocktail.

Just a short drive away, you'll find the Grapevine Mills Mall, the University of North Texas, and the Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area, offering endless opportunities for shopping, exploring, and immersing yourself in the local culture. With free WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and a smart TV, you'll have all the comforts of home during your stay. Important notes:

1) Pool and Spa are not heated . The pool is cleaned every Tuesday or Wednesday , however due to wind and rain, the pool can have some debris .

2) Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. When number of guests are input in the booking request, the accurate rent quote is provided before the reservation is finalized. Early check in or late check out with a fee only if available ($50 per hour) . Late check without pre-approval will be $100 fee 30 minutes.

3) We have a very strict No Large Gathering, Events or Party Policy. The only guests allowed on property for the entire duration of your stay are the people registered on the reservation and rental agreement (or those agreed upon prior to the beginning of your stay). Unfortunately, anything’s beyond that might lead to a forfeiture of the remainder of your stay and rental payment.

The neighborhood was excellent and quiet. Close to some great food and shopping. Didn’t feel like you were stuck in the middle of a big city, but still had the amenities of one. I would definitely stay again. The host gave all the information needed for check in and the checkout process was super easy.

The house is very nice and clean. Worked well for what we needed. Were in town for the Giants vs Cowboys game and this was just close enough for us, but yet just far enough so that we didn't feel like we were staying in the city. Had a slight issue with the water heater not being able to keep up with demand since we had a fair amount of people staying.

The stay at this house was great and is a nice neighborhood. Lots of room to hang out with family. My only comment is I think the mattresses should be changed out for better quality ones. Outside of the mattresses, this is an excellent stay choice.

We struggled with lack of blankets, towels and pillows. We were able to get some but only after complaining. The stove doesn’t work well at al. For example, took at least 30 minutes to bring a pot of water to boil. Would suggest you add some laundry baskets, extra linens in a closet, extra rolls of toilet paper in all bathrooms.

Plenty of space for a large group. Good water pressure in showers. King and queen beds were comfortable. Bunkbeds are toddler/children size. Twin beds are actually a daybed with trundle bed. Had a frame held together with duct tape. Host states they will repair it after our stay.Had some issues with other needed repairs, but host responded and mended during our stay. House is close proximity to restaurants. Enjoyed the pool, but required multiple daily cleaning due to seasonal tree blooms. Living room furniture is nice looking, but worn so support is lacking. Adding pillows helped aid in this. Appreciated plenty of space at dining table for a group. Kitchen has most items required for cooking. We purchased a can opener and left it for other guests as there wasn't one. Wonderful air conditioning.

I must say that I am totally impressed with the customer service efforts of VRBO and its management staff. My adventure with the processes have been very interesting over the last couple of days but I will say that between VRBO and our host Nancy our trip was very satisfying and I will book time and time again because VRBO shows that they care and our host Nancy was very positive to make sure that all issues of anything that we had were resolved and settled. The house was very clean and well laid out inside. The Pool was smaller than the pictures made it appear and the spa is only a spa, the spa Does Not get Hot because it is only a spa not a hot tub, we should have read better when booking but I am leaving this on here in case it helps someone else.

Easter weekend

The house has room enough for all guests. The kitchen was the perfect size for cooking for the group. The only complaint was the pool was full of leaves and had dirt at the bottom. I was contacted by the co-host Christina who stated she would try to remedy the situation because the pool isn't open until May 1st (not on the listing) Being Easter weekend I understand the difficulty of trying to get someone out there so my husband had to scoop out the leaves for the kids to enjoy the pool. We still had a great time.

Fundamentally Good

This property is functionally great for a large gathering. We slept 4 couples with 7 children and had room to spare. Parking was adequate for four cars, dining room and others in the house plenty big enough. That said, the maintenance of the property is marginal. Toilet fill valve broken, water hammer for the first two days that would wake everyone up when a different toilet was flushed, beds with poor support that bigger people might have broken, 9 total forks (for 15), shower door that doesn’t close (the latch installed backwards), a shutter that banged all night in a storm (it finally fell off the house). The owner seems to be trying to “cheap out” to me on the maintenance. So while I wanted to give this review a 3-star review I deferred to other members of the party who wanted to give the 4 stars.

Family wedding stay

Extended family (all adults ) stayed for local wedding. Large gathering areas in house. Bunk beds were made for children not adults. Master shower door wouldn’t stay closed in use (magnetically). And notified owner of a toilet that wouldn’t fill after flushing. (She stated it would be addressed after we left. Also note : there is a surplus charge to heat the hot tub / pool which is not included in rental price ( I was not aware of that ! ) Over all it was clean and beds were comfortable. Large kitchen and dining area was a plus. Owner responded quickly to issues or concerns. Neighborhood is quiet and very nice. Great outdoor seating area also.

Great location and spacious home. Check in and out was super easy. Host was easy to get ahold of. Photos indicate a hot tub but it is non-operational. That is my fault for not reading the description better. Overall very nice home and room for lots of guests.

Outstanding home - large, convenient, pool

Excellent stay, highly recommended. The host was an outstanding communicator, addressing all questions within minutes. The home was immaculate and very large perfect for a large group or for our group of six guys who each wanted their own bedroom. Very convenient to local golf (which we played each day) as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Plus, Lake Lewisville is only minutes away. We definitely enjoyed the pool every day; we spent most of our time after golf floating in the pool. We also watched a little football on the large screen TVs. Honestly, I don't think I would have changed a thing. HIGHLY recommended.

Nice 5 bedroom home

We had a large group...needed 5 bedrooms. The house was great. It had 2 living rooms to spread out kids and adults. It also had a large dining room table and a kitchen table....ample room to eat together or split up. 3 and a half baths worked great. Also, the property has a pool and hot tub but the water was pretty cold on April 15th. Our crazy granddaughters did swim a bit one afternoon. The Highland Village area is very nice with easy shopping and groceries nearby.
