Omni Dallas Hotel

6/10 Okay

"We were surprised by having to pay for internet. At over $300 per night, we should not have to pay to access the WiFi. I have stayed at several Omni hotels and this one seemed to be more run down and did not seem to care as much as other Omni hotels. The ladies in the gift shop were not friendly. I don’t think anyone from the hotel even spoke to me after check in. Just different than other experiences."

"Well, this is my favorite place to stay in the SMU area of Dallas. However, this visit I was a little disappointed. The first room I was placed in, the toilet would not flush well at all, and the sink filled up when I brushed my teeth. It took 10 minutes to drain. They switched me to another room where the bathtub spout sprayed all over the wall and floor when you turned it on and again the sink didn’t drain well. This is the first time I have stayed here when things were not kept up. Otherwise rooms were very clean and comfortable. "
