They honestly must have dragged it in from the dumpster. The toilet seat was yellow. I’m so didgusted. They refused a refund and every hotel in the area was sold out, therefore I bought an mattress and left my luggage in my car. 0 rating terrible, disgusting and shameful is all I can say "

"Stayed during Mardi Gras. The parade is just across the street. You can ask uber dropped you at the back street residence to avoid traffic. Old but nice & with hotel character."

"Staff at the front desk one of the ladies working on Friday afternoon was very rude. I Will not be returning, the room looked like a motel room not a hotel room. I had to stay at this hotel for the St Patrick’s parade.Otherwise would have definitely stayed at the Ritz Carlton. "

"Stayed four nights for the New Orleans Book Festival. Easy one mile walk to Tulane campus. Charming mid century decor that tries to make up for the concrete block. Unheated swimming pool. Decent lobby coffee. Creaky elevator and leaky shower. View of hospital parking garage from balcony and loud industrial noises. Two blocks to restaurants and shops on Freret (try The Husky and Humble Bagel). Good choice if you prefer a neighborhood hotel, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. "
