« We were a bit disappointed in our initial assessment of this property. It was a bit hard to find as there is no actual address. With the help of some very kind neighbours we did locate the suite. We found the suite could use some updating. The ad mentions beach extras like beach towels and blanket etc. Those things were not in the suite. At least we never found them. « At the very last minute after getting off the airplane, we received a notice that our reservation had been changed and received poor instructions to find the place. Our taxi could not locate, so we were forced to find last minute accomodation costing of course more money. We are not happy about this experience at all. Countless messages back and forth with the host, who was claiming not to be receiving our messages, yet acknowledge some and not others. We are requesting a full refund. We are...

"Ils manquaient beaucoup de choses à notre arrivée (cafetière grilles pain chaudron essuie mains etc.) il n’y a aucun condiments. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude dans nos 14 jours. La piscine c’est agréable, musique d’ambiance et bar, toilette à la piscine très propre. Le personnel est vraiment gentil ils essayent de nous accommoder du mieux qu’ils peuvent. "Très bien placé roche de l’aéroport Si vous êtes côtés piscine le vent est continuel, côté place c’est l’idéal Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant Beaucoup de Guest réservent les parasols le matin très tôt ! C’est une forme irrespectueuse en vers les autres chacun arrive au moment qu’il veut et se place aux places libres. Ces personnes là souvent les plus âgées , placés leurs serviettes très tôt et ne reviennent que l’Après-midi, il faut mettre de l’ordre à cette agissement !!! Sinon notre chambre était la meilleure au rez-de-chaussée face à la plage. Nous reviendrons que si une police des parasols est mise en place. Cordialement "

"Review of Oceans at Little Divi We recently stayed at Oceans at Little Divi and overall, our experience was very positive. The room was beautiful, clean, and had an incredible ocean view. It was a real pleasure to wake up every morning to such a stunning panorama. However, I recommend not opting for the all-inclusive option. The choice of restaurants is very limited compared to what we're used to. There are so many great restaurants on the island of Sint Maarten that I suggest dining out to truly discover the local flavors. On our last night, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning, which stopped working. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach anyone at the hotel to resolve the situation, which was quite disappointing. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel, but I would advise against the all-inclusive plan. Enjoy your stay and explore the best of Sint Maarten!"
