I love this hotel, it’s in a great location. The studio room is the best, I love the size and layout. Clean room with a great view. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I’ll probably be back. That’s mostly down to the best hotel gym I’ve seen in a long time. Staff are OK, I don’t like that service charge is added but it is very easy to take off.

Booked as was staying for the marathon weekend. Wasn’t ideal that we were left awake until 3am due to a bar of sorts at ground level was open and extremely loud (not saying this isn’t the norm on a Saturday night but we were 7 flights up and the window did nothing in the way of soundproofing unfortunately). Room was fine in itself minus a light detached from its socket but it didnt seem dangerous enough to warrant getting someone in to change it. The shower was extremely slow draining so could probably do with it being unclogged somewhere down the line.
Staff were very friendly though and the complaints are minimal id just probably try elsewhere unless it’s a weekday etc.
