Staff was very friendly. The hotel is gated and always had someone available to open/close it. Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel is within walking distance of a coffee shop, some local restaurants, the Savannah, gardens, zoo. There was no continental breakfast, no bar even though one was there. We didn't use the pool. Property could use some upgrades and renovation.

Great for carnival, but it is a bit of a walk from Everything and taxis are hard to get so you should try to get your own taxi driver. But even still is hard to navigate through the roads so your best bet is to walk. I would definitely stay here again, but I would look into closer hotels, but I enjoyed my stay. The staff is very nice.

I would stay again. The staff are trained professionals. No detail was unnoticed, the food was at well prepared and presented. I really enjoyed the ocean view. Eugenia on the wait staff was touch notch.

The space is great it needs updating though. I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing. Message to the owner(s) toilet paper holder, towel rack, shower door or curtain, spray for ants, fix bathroom door so it can close properly, a/c in living room, new pots, paper plates, plastic forks, kettle etc. just to name a few would make a person’s stay perfection.
