Come and enjoy a quiet stay in this spacious 65 m² flat with a view of the sea and the marina of Courseulles-sur-Mer. The flat has a living room with direct access to a loggia through a large bay window, a separate kitchen fully equipped, a large bedroom opening onto a second loggia, and a bathroom. Numerous amenities and activities are quickly accessible not far from the house: beach, walking or biking on the coast, water sports, market, Casino etc..
Private parking. Free wifi access. Sheets and towels at extra cost.

Located on the third floor with lift, in a secure residence, the flat for up to 4 people is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A bright living room with direct access to a loggia, furnished with a dining table and chairs, a double sofa bed, coffee table and TV. You will enjoy a magnificent view of the harbour.
- A separate fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine...

Sleeping area :
- A large bedroom with a double bed, and direct access to a loggia via a large bay window with a view of the Seulles
- An extra bedroom with a BZ sofa bed (140*190)
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and washing machine
- Separate WC

Outside :
- 2 loggias with armchairs for relaxing after a busy day.
- Closed garage for one car

This flat is located in a quiet and secure residence, with a view on the marina on one side, and on the countryside on the other side, next to the oyster parks and the sailing school.
You will find various shops within walking distance, restaurants and a fish market. There is also a second, more general market in the centre of Courseulles-sur-mer.

We enjoyed our stay! It was clean and the pictures are accurate. The view from the enclosed terrace is very nice. Enjoyed my morning coffee sitting out there. Must visit the Juno Beach Centre! Note that you will need to supply your hand soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper.

As Canadians it was very special that our apartment view included Juno Centre on Juno Beach. We were able to visit the many WW2 sites on the Normandy coast from the Cotentin peninsula to Etretat and of course inland including Bayeux, Caen and Rouen. Do not miss Pointe du Hoc. The apartment was spacious with a large, well equipped kitchen, living/dining area and comfy bedroom. Lots of storage if required and the 2 loggias provided even more space to enjoy the view and sun throughout the day. We prepared our own meals including picnic lunches and supermarkets were a ten minute drive. The beach was a 5 minute walk. The rental agency provided very clear check-in instructions and parking info and also a quick response to an electrics issue. We were very pleased with this property and location. Les Sardines "Very comfortable apartment 🙂 Property was clean and light, in a good location for the Normandy beaches. The facilities were good (dishwasher/washing machine/coffee machine/fridge), and the apartment was the right size for the three of us....a fourth adult would have been a squeeze (but still doable). Comms from Sebastien were good, and clear. 🙁 Understandably for the location, there are gulls and pigeons...they like to sit on the balcony railings and (naturally) leave messes behind. It would have been good if (a) the railings had been cleaned before we went in, and (b) if there were appropriate cleaning/disinfecting materials so we could clear up small amounts of mess. That said, it isn't a major issue."

Les Sardines Nous avons passés un tres bon séjour. L'appart est génial, bien rangé, bien dispo et bien clarteux et très calme, il y a une belle vue sur les 2 faces, pas loin du centre ville. Le seul problème, ce sont les fientes des pigeons et goélands.

Les Sardines "Logement agréable apprécié malgré le mauvais temps 🙂 - logement traversant très lumineux malgré un ciel souvent couvert (tempêtes du début novembre 2023) - résidence très bien située et proche de tout (port, marché au poisson, commerces du bourg) - mise à disposition d'un garage dans un parking couvert (les travaux de la terrasse et les pluies abondantes y ont entrainé des fuites importantes) 🙁 Eléments qui pourraient être améliorés : - lave-vaisselle sale et filtre TRES TRES sale - la conciergerie ne nous a pas remis de clé pour accéder au garage à pied pour reprendre la voiture (le bip étant réservé à l'accès avec le véhicule) - contrairement à l'info dans l'annonce / Booking, le dépôt de garantie de 200€ n'est pas à remettre en espèce à l'arrivée mais prélevé sur un compte bancaire. ""Remboursement sous 10 j"" - clés récupérables seulement à partir de 16h dans une boite à clés à la Conciergerie qui était fermée."

Les Sardines Apparemment très pratique, bien fournis, remis à neuf, accueillant. Tout ce que vous avez besoin s'y trouve. Bémol un rien excentré du centre mais soyons honnête, Courseulles sur mer n'est pas une station balnéaire très typique. Par contre pour visiter les musées, les sites des plages du débarquement c'est top. Si vous cherchez un point d'appui (pour utiliser le vocabulaire du débarquement) c'est un appartement que je recommande sans hésiter. De plus les informations pour votre arrivée sont claires, précises ce qui vous facilite la vie. Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche et parti aussi un dimanche et malgré cela l'agence (Sébastien) a été présent via message. Bref tout fut nickel. Un très beau séjour overdose ?? musées, plages, sites du débarquements.

Les Sardines Bel appartement, traversant, lumineux, vaste et bien organisé avec vue sur le port de plaisance. Tous les services sont à proximité dans une petite station touristique bien sympathique. Les Sardines Excellent séjour à Courseulles-sur-Mer dans un appartement avec une superbe vue sur la mer. L'aménagement est parfait, rien ne manquait, bons équipements. coup de cœur pour les deux vérandas qui rendent l'appartement lumineux. Facilité de stationner sans utiliser le garage dédié. Nous avons apprécié la proximité à la mer, aux restaurants et la facilité pour l'arrivée grâce au service de conciergerie. le seul petit bémol est que j'aurai aimé avoir le choix de ne pas prendre l'option ménage (60€) et nettoyer moi même comme d'habitude. super expérience !

Les Sardines "Appartement spacieux et très lumineux ! Très grande cuisine, avec pas mal d'ustensiles. Petite vue sur la mer et le port agréable, grande plage à 2 min plus sauvage et moins bétonnée que celle côté centre-ville, qui vaut la peine d'être un peu éloigné des commerces. Côté pratique : Indications sur l'arrivée pour garer la voiture en sous-sol un peu sommaire. Literie moyenne si vous restez une semaine. Explications dans l'appartement un peu dans tous les sens. Nous avions besoin de couvertures que l'agence n'a pas pu nous fournir. On a finalement trouvé une explication qui indiquait où trouver une 2e couette. Si vous venez à 4, il y a deux couettes d'été pas très larges. Cheveux sur le matelas à notre arrivée et aspirateur non vidé depuis un certains temps (on vous l'a fait du coup). Porte-manteau bancale. En bref, on reviendrait avec plaisir pour 3-4 jours mais le rapport qualité/service/prix est un peu juste pour 1 semaine."
