"The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, friendly, and consistently polite, which made our stay very enjoyable. The buffet offered a wide variety of flavorful options, and the rooms were exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The hotel is in a great location. If you’re planning to visit the Malecón, it’s about a 15-minute walk, and we felt safe walking there during our stay.
In addition to the buffet, the hotel has two restaurants that require dinner reservations. We tried Corazón Contento, the Mexican restaurant. The food was decent, but it wasn’t particularly memorable, so I don’t think you’d be missing out if you decided to skip it. There’s also an Italian restaurant on the property, although we didn’t have the chance to try it.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider returning."
