"The toilets are extremely low to the ground. The seat was only halfway up my calve and I’m 5’3”. Hard to get on and off of. The spigot in the bathroom was just a few inches above the sink and you could barely get your hands under it. I talked to several other guests who had the same 2 complaints. ..."

"The pool was closed due to health dept problems; we found out from a resident there. The property gave no warning prior it would be closed and no explanation. They offered no discount for this. We arrived after 5 and us reached out prior to coming to see what the procedure was if you arrived late. ..."
