Hotel property is serene and located on the waterfront and marshes. Great coastal vibe. Ideal location to sightsee all around the Crystal Coast and beaches. Hotel staff, property, rooms and dining exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I will return as a guest often.

Loved the large comfy rooms. Great views from the balcony. Close to the water with outdoor seating to watch the boats coming in and out. Breakfast was amazing, hand made and brought to the room. AssistantGeneral Manager Dawn Cummings was so helpful and full of local info. Will be coming back here!!!

Hampton Hotels gave me very good impression in the past, but this one made me very disappointed. To my surprise, the bathroom only includes one sink and doesn’t have any counter to put cups, soak and other items. I had to flush two times to clean the toilet. I woke up at midnight by click-click noise like a theft trying to open the door and later on I figured it came from the refrigerator starting. I had to turn it off the next night. The breakfast includes a few options but some foods are salty. Nobody came to room to take away the garbage. Not everything was negative, The staff in this hotel were nice and the location is close to the seaside.
