"My wife and I spent a very pleasant 2 nights here. Ellen had provided excellent directions making the unit easy to find. Ellen was there to welcome us (her home is just adjacent to the lovely converted barn we stayed in).The place was very comfy, with lots of thoughtful touches. Upon entering, we were greeted by a beautifully penned welcome note, along with a locally made chocolate chip banana bread!! Many areas in the flat have automatic night lights, making safety easier for we who appreciate it. The bed was very comfortable The outside has multiple nice garden and seating spaces that we enjoyed.There’s lots of outdoor stuff to do in the area. We did the short hike to Thundering Brook Falls, went antiquing, and saw a free outdoor concert in nearby Woodstock, VT (not THAT Woodstock).I’d highly recommend this place!!"
"Everyone, including myself, couldn’t help but rave about this place!! It exceeded our expectations from top to bottom. Blown away by how perfect it was and how clean, organized and like every little detail was thought about and considered and it made our stay so comfortable and so fun!!! Definitely would come back next year for our next reunion! "

"We enjoyed our six night stay at the Arched Chalet. Check-in was smooth. All amenities were as described, and photos were accurate. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. The Blackstone Griddle was a highlight. We cooked at least 2 meals a day on it. A gem!"

"We were in Vermont for a sleep away camp visit. The house was in a quiet corner of town with great views of the mountains. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. We brought our dog down to the creek everyday to play. The house was quiet and stayed cool in the tree shade. WiFi worked great for working and the layout was great. Nathan was responsive and helpful. "
