"I ran into an unexpected issue,losing my credit card right before check in. I was so worried that we wouldn’t be able to check in. And they still accommodated me, I was able to call my bank and use the numbers from my card and it was such a smooth transaction and process. I was so grateful for the hotel at the moment. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very Aesthetically pleasing, and a convenient location."

"The front desk was helpful, patient, and kind upon greeting and when answering questions. The room was clean and comfortable, even though it was a bit tiny. We slept very well in their comfortable beds. The parking situation wasn't fully explained, and we paid quite a bit to park, but I guess that's to be expected for downtown. The breakfast included a variety of selections, was fresh, tasted good, and they have a coffee grinder that grinds each cup of coffee as you make it. We had a very nice and comfortable stay."
