An incredible hotel situated perfectly to see all of Seville’s major attractions. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff are uniformly excellent and service is impeccable. By far the best place to stay in Seville.

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

This was the most unique hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The property was meticulous and the staff, especially the front desk, was superb. We loved ending our day at the pool in the gardens. Ride the Louis Vuitton elevator to the rooftop for a gorgeous view of the cathedral. The location was ideal. We could walk everywhere. While, the servers were very pleasant, the food at the breakfast was mediocre, with the exception of the fresh orange juice. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay!

Fantastic boutique hotel with a brilliant reception/concierge team who were willing to go the extra mile to be helpful. Juan in the reception/concierge team was, in particular, great.

I had a large comfortably furnished room. It was in a quiet location and was very clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice. The staff offer freshly cooked eggs at breakfast. The staff were very professional and helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool and a roof top terrace and bar. This is a very comfortable and well appointed hotel in the centre of Seville within a couple of minutes walk of the Cathedral. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
