"We enjoyed all of the amenities. However, we were really disappointed and frustrated when our room was not ready - even after check out time. Bell hop took all of our luggage so we couldn’t use the pools. Horrible service at restaurant outside of front desk. Front desk provided incorrect info and unhelpful. We were told all but two restaurants require reservations. Untrue. Told the ferry runs every hour, but it ran every half hour. The front desk clerk was sick and constantly wiping her nose with a tissue as I checked in. Then later masked up. Could never reach concierge by phone to make a reservation even if I wished. "

"The hotel is overall good and well located, which makes it a convenient option for getting around. The staff is friendly and the general condition of the facilities is good. However, there is one serious issue: the floor tends to get wet if the air conditioning is not set to a very cold temperature, which can be uncomfortable and even unsafe. In addition, the breakfast is quite poor, with very limited options and not much variety. Aside from these points, the rest of the experience was good."

"This room is FOR REAL in the restaurant. You walk past the kitchen to get to your room. There is no AC. There are 2 fans. The water pressure in the shower was great! Unfortunately when we woke up in the morning and tried to use the kettle to make a French press, it didn’t work. We didn’t notify anyone because we were on a time crunch. It is very conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and things to do on the island. "

"This was perfect for us. We loved the property and the animals. The location was great with a short walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our evenings on the patio. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a fabulous horseback riding adventure with Reuben. A simple breakfast was provided. They had lots of beach stuff available to use like chairs, mats, snorkeling gear, bug spray, lotion. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I am so happy we found this place and so grateful of the staff. The room was very clean, well taken care off, in general, amazing condition. I appreciate the coffee. The staff is really helpful and it shows they actually want you to enjoy your time in Vieques. That is great! Estamos felices de que encontramos este lugar y muy agredecidos del staff. "Beautiful location. Easy beach access (renter even had beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler) Renter provided a welcome package as well. We did not have to purchase supplies such as trash bags, toilet paper, washing supplies, coffee, etc. WIFI is excellent as is the air conditioning. We even made the 1 mile walk into town and never felt unsafe."
