Great and helpful service, place has a great vibe. I had some minor quibbles with the room (TV issues and some bathroom oddities, walls seemed to be a bit thin) but otherwise I enjoyed my brief stay.

We had a nice stay but we did find two used robes in the closet of our suite. So someone forgot to remove them from previous guests. Also we were not supplied with any coffee pods or mugs for our coffee maker. Just two water bottles. We called and requested coffee and mugs in the morning, but didn’t receive them before checkout. The front desk staff was not very friendly when we called about the coffee. And some of us were offered champagne at checkout while some of us weren’t. The valet staff was very friendly and attentive so we appreciated that.

From arrival to departure, we loved everything about Saint Kate Hotel. All of the staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, bar) were friendly and service oriented. We loved our room and it's artsy amenities and the bed was very comfortable. I even bought some of the erasure bars of soap to take home. We enjoyed the restaurant and music and drinks at the bar. I highly recommend the Saint Kate Hotel for a couple who wants to enjoy the artistic environment (including gallery) and wants a friendly and lovely place to stay.

We stayed in a King Deluxe room- it was spacious and left luxurious with cathedral ceilings and a large bathroom. They did provide towels and basic “hotel” amenities which was great- but we were on the main floor (floor 1) which does NOT have a common area for dining and workspace. We had access to the 2nd floor, but it was a bit inconvenient and far from where we were at. Also the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.. the parking is HORRIBLE. The paid parking garage is across and down the street slightly so your car is quite a walk from where you get into the hotel. The parking garage staff aren’t very kind/helpful and there’s VERY LIMITED signage on how to enter and exit. You have to go to the glass doors and ask a front desk security agent to let you up to your floor you are parked on. Knowing that we would have just done paid parking closer. They do have a line you can text for assistance but they do take a little bit to reply. Overall good experience but definitely for quite possibly single quick travelers wanting a “self-checkout” experience.
