« Host did not let us know that there is a 150 dollar per day heating fee for the pool until the day we checked in. Surprise! We also had to text them every time we wanted the jacuzzi turned on. « Overall, this is a decent accommodation for a couple of nights. For the cost, I expected better. First the positives: The location is very convenient—close to restaurants and beach—and somewhat walkable, although there are busy streets. « Outdated, needs some repairs like sliding doors that don't open, windows that don't open, trash door doesn't work well, toilet has issues, shelf in shower is broken, one of the showers looked like it had been fixed but still leaking, toilet paper holder was repaired but left unfinished. « The unit only had 2 beds. We had reserved space for 6 individuals. 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The Units not good for Elderly- too many steps to the beach and a huge hike back up the 50 stairs to the unit. If you have a second Vehicle- you are out of luck. I was asked to park second vehicle near by as per management for a fee but was asked to move several times which was a huge inconvenience. « Property was in a great location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Quality bedding and great communication with Roya. The only negative I would say is that the floors were not as clean as we would have liked. But, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Book it! »

« We enjoyed our stay at this home! The location is perfect. It's really close to restaurants and shops but still peaceful and quiet. Beach access is right around the corner too. You really can't beat the view of the ocean though. Waking up every morning to the sound of waves was a highlight. The space is a little outdated but very clean and stocked with everything we needed.
