« This is a beautiful location and home! The home was clean and very comfortable! Beach chairs were provided upon request which was so nice!!! The windows provided amazing air through the home. « Had a great time at this property. The home was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The beach was right around the corner and we felt safe and comfortable walking there and in the area. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio. We cooked a couple dinners and breakfasts in the kitchen. It had everything we needed and then some. Would definity stay there again. The host, Mike, was great responding to our messages before and during our stay! »

« Wonderful property. Well stocked kitchen and fun stuff for kids like boogie boards. Only complaints would be grill only heated to 225 degrees and due to tides beach access on backside of property was unavailable. Even if tides were lower there appears to be way more giant rocks there compared to the photo you see looking at the beach side of property. Its gated, felt safe and secluded. « The location is amazing, the view is incredible. The only reason we did not give a full 5 stars is the property is a little run down. The HVAC did not work but they had mobile window AC units in each room, there is a hole in the primary ceiling, and it lacks general property maintenance (ie: exterior paint, rusty stair rail ect.) All this aside we would stay again because of the location and view. »

« The location was great. It was close to almost everything you'd want in Anaheim/LA and the host was very receptive and easy to work with. The check in process is smooth, there is plenty of space and the property is well-maintained. The pool itself is also big enough for the whole family, and it's kept clean consistently. Would recommend and re-book again. »

« We have stayed in this property several times over the years, and truly have loved the condo and its location off Cleo ST. The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. « Property was as big as advertised. Fit a group of 11 no problem. Had plenty of room. The floors were dirty. To the point that just walking from the front door to the kitchen, all of our socks were black. Looked like it hadn't been mopped for a while. Kitchen counters were sticky, game room floor was sticky. We basically had to wear our shoes inside.
