I loved staying there. It was clean, I just don’t agree with hotels cleaning rooms every other day. Aside from that it was great. The staff at the front desk was also very kind. There was one employee who could learn to be a little more afable , smile.

Staff very nice and welcoming butno free breakfast is terrible and disappointing. I've not been to any hotels that charged for breakfast and wasn't told this until after I woke up especially for breakfast. Hot breakfast was a different cost. More sad.

Outstanding place to stay. Very clean every where. Staff is super Outstanding, can't say enough about the staff. They go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. I always stay here during pets trip to osu hospital. I would rate them a 10 star if i could. Rooms are very nice and again very, very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay at.

The room, location, and value were great! I love the convenience and the number of self-parking spots, and they didn't charge a surcharge. The location was central and close to everything we wanted, but the room was quiet and dark, conducive to a great night's sleep. The only thing I would change is the friendliness of the staff who helped us check in; I don't even recall her name, but it felt like we were interrupting her. She didn't greet us or anything, and this was at 245pm.
