The bed was so comfortable but I was often in tears and Ruby at the front desk was just incredible. She helped me with parking and even left me a little fruit tray in my room with the sweetest note. I was heartbroken and exhausted every day and the Hyatt kept me going when I was running on fumes. Hyatt was human at a time when I needed a small comfort away from home. "The room we were given had adjoining doors on both sides. The sound from both adjacent rooms travelled easily through these doors. It is a big hotel and I am not sure why they would put guests in rooms right beside each other if they had the space not to do so."
