« Great place! Was perfect for just the two of us. »

« We loved the property. Our kids had a blast playing outside and we were greeted by many deer during our stay. We would definitely advise having a 4x4 during the winter, we had to use 4x4 multiple times while we were there. The only thing we would have changed would be the darkness of the curtains in the rooms. We were able to sit around the fire pit on the porch and grill while we were there. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to save so much money by cooking. We will definitely be back! »

« My husband and I chose to stay at the Lazy Cottage for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! Savannah made sure to make us feel welcomed. We have stayed at numerous places and this was the first that offered showering items, toiletries, laundry detergent , board games, drinks and even snacks! Needless to stay we were extremely impressed! The hot tub was the icing on the cake, nice way to unwind and relax! Looking forward to staying again already. »

« We truly enjoyed our time on Walton's Mountain. The Cottage had everything we needed for our stay. The relaxing hot tub was a hit after hiking the trails, ziplining and taking in the beautiful views. It is just minutes away from downtown Manitou Springs for shopping, dining and entertainment. We also enjoyed the Cave Dwellings, Cave of the Winds and the Garden of the Gods. John, thank you for your quick responses and providing all the necessities! »

« We enjoyed the convenience of this property - Close to town and surrounding attractions. Not as clean as we like (trash still in the cans in the kitchen and noticed the floor was very dirty when we dropped something and had get on our knees to pick it up). Over all a good stay »

« The "Gnome Home" is the perfect place to stay while in Colorado Springs. The view looking down the street has beautiful mountain views. It is within walking distance to the downtown & Wilkins Arena. We felt very safe and the homes around are being renovated and well kept. Hunter and Beth thought of absolutely everything that we might need in added amenities including snacks on the bar. « The location of the property was perfect for all the plans we had for visiting and touring the area. The Cottage was comfortable and had everything provided that we needed. At first, we had problems unlocking and locking the front door; but after working with it we did get it to work. »

« This place had a little bit of everything. Great location (only 30 min from Garden of the Gods), close restaurants and nice scenery. What we got as a bonus was a tiny little farm complete with goats, chickens and pigs that surprised and delighted my daughter (and the adults, can’t lie the pigs are adorable). We will certainly choose this place again in the future! »

« Originally I booked the airstream as a surprise for my anniversary, and unfortunately the heating element went out so Guillermo was SO nice and upgraded us to his cabañita and it was just beautiful. The community was cute but it also felt very private and the hot tub was awesome! Also went out of his way to make it special and decorated! »
