« Chambre 1119 avec lit king size très confortable. A une vingtaine de minutes du centre de Dallas. Très bon accueil avec toutes les informations nécéssaires. Parking gratuit sécurisé. Très belle et grande chambre. Pas de coffre ni baignoire. Piscine et jacuzzi extérieurs non testés. Petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix. Points négatifs : Situé au bord de l'autoroute. Mauvaise insonorisation ce qui fait que c'est bruyant en permanence même au milieu de la nuit. Offre "kickback" de 17h30...

« The room was pretty clean. Staff was wonderful even with a delayed flight and arriving after hours. The breakfast was good with many varieties from eggs, bacon, oatmeal, coffee, toast, bagel, fruit and so much more. Even though the property was shared, parking was easily found. Will stay here again. »

« Room was clean and spacious. Staff was attentive. Items in convenience area very expensive but handy for a quick snack when we arrived. Charge for parking was never explained, just put on our bill. But parking garage assured of plenty of parking. Very convenient location »

« The room was 80 degrees when we walked in after checkout. It did not cool below 75 until 9pm. The bathtub did not drain during showers. When calling down to notify your staff, your worker had severe negative tone and seemed very distracted rather than handling the problem. We were startled awake by a fire alarm. When exiting the room we were notified by other patrons that it was a false alarm. ONLY AFTER CALLING DOWN were we notified that no evacuation was needed. Neighboring rooms...

« First thing I always check everything in the room and when the toilet seat was lifted there was yellow pee stains, GROSS. I was taking a shower and they shut off the water in the middle of my shower, no notice next day they turned it off again while brushing my teeth, no notice! Went to get coffee and juice for my daughter saw a roach crawl up in the juice dispenser, so NO juice. My husband left a little complaint and when I went down to take my dog out she asked if i could ask him to take it...
