"The stay was not the best overall. Unfortunately, the bed was quite uncomfortable, and the toilet was uneven, which made the room less comfortable than expected. However, the staff was very kind and accommodating. I accidentally booked a smoking room, and they were understanding and quickly helped me switch to a different room. I really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help."

"Looks like place hasn't been cleaned in 30 years. No wifi. Beds had hair in them, both the shower, sink, and toilet were disgusting. Even the tv remote was disgusting. The photos are very misleading."
