But it is not plumbed so no ice/cold water and no ice cube trays provided. There are cutlery and dishes provided but you must wash them in the bathroom sink. « I filtered for an entire place, but this is actually a basement unit with people living above, which greatly affected privacy and noise. You can clearly hear upstairs activity, even toilet flushing, which defeats the purpose of a private rental.I booked this stay so I could cook, but there is no oven and no freezer (not disclosed). « Suitable for a short stay the place itself was very clean with a nice living room and dining area. The location is in the middle of no where and the property is basically an annex on someone’s land. You can see a bit of water but the sounding views weren’t exceptional. The main draw back was the beds. One squeaked so bad every time you moved a finger that we didn’t get much sleep. Needs some upgrades for sure »

« We absolutely loved this house for our girls trip, and all 3 of us want to return (when the construction next door is over.) It is a cute house with an incredible view. If only we had known about the loud, ongoing construction next door. The listing didn't mention anything about it, and we only learned about it during the check-in email from the host, and the email definitely downplayed the scope of the project.
