Good hotel, clean and well kept. The breakfast was decent. The area around the hotel isn't the nicest and fills with unsavoury characters after dark, but the hotel has put in security to isolate the hotel as best as they can. I feel this is a overall symptom of Concord.

We stayed there for 2days very nice front desk ladies very nice and friendly breakfast was very nice and good service but my hair dryer in the room was not working told them but they did not replace other than that it was very nice. Family hotel you can never go wrong on them if you have family with you very nice area

This is not a hotel that cleans daily unless requested, however, they allow you to pick up items you need at the front desk & when requested do a great job. Friendly staff.
