Violations of privacy while I was there someone open the door while i was changing not ok!! Housekeepers also knock at the door early when i still have one hour left to cheke out time at 11am

There were many things I liked about the property. My room was clean. The bed was good. It seemed that everything was done with intention and care. Then I awoke in the morning with cockroaches skittering along the floor. It seemed to me hotel management was trying hard to make this a nice hotel, so I hope the roach problem will be handled soon.
