Ciftlik Vacation Packages

Very good resort - family oriented and location is great. The food is good. The meals are rushed, poor service after the first 30 minutes, all staff busy doing other things (cleanup??), no customer service remains so do eat as soon as you can if you want clean table, water etc. The special restaurants are not worth the extra cost - the food is essentially the same as the buffet, of course the service and ambiance is great (good for special occasions). You should be getting good service at the buffet anyway, which is disappointing. The grounds are well kept, and plenty of lounge chairs and seats around the pools and the beaches. Wi-fi is all round good, rooms are cleaned daily and are comfortable. Activities are plentiful. The spa is ok but the massage was disappointing.

A really nice resort, great layout. It was busy, but you never really felt overcrowded, except at the main restaurant and pool. Cons: people reserving sunbeds, though we always manage to find at least one. Rude guests - the staff work so hard and are really attentive, it was a shame to see how rude some 'entitled' people can be. No pool slides - we did know this and it would have made the pool area more rowdy, but my teens got a bit bored after a couple of days. Sea - lovely space, plenty of beds, great bar/restaurant, but the water can be so choppy. Some waves could take you

We had a great time at this place. The landscape is beautiful, and the staff was very friendly, especially at the front desk. Our only issue was that we were traveling with a baby and there were stairs to get to our room. We had to carry our stroller up and down the stairs, which was very inconvenient.

Lovely grounds but the hotel is very dated and lack of staff

The property is really nice, however I don’t see how they call themselves a 5 star hotel with the breakfast they serve and the cleanliness of their dining room. We sit at the same table everyday for the last 10 days and the same green stain is cakes on the floor under one of the chairs.. it looks like guacamole or something.
