"快適な宿でした。余裕ない日程ではありましたが、前泊出来るから、干潮のお参りもサンライズ・サンセットの、宮島も満喫出来ました!ロープウェイで焦りはしましたが、フロントの方の助言もあり、自分のしたいこと満喫出来ました！ 外国人対応がしっかりできているという事で、ラウンジが自分主体で活用出来くつろげる。大きすぎる宿ではないからこそのこまやかな気配りがあると思いました。 早朝、干潮時のお参りした後、ラウンジでのコンチネンタルMorning…軽い軽食とおっしゃっていましたが、ちょうどいい感じ！いい宮島旅になりました。次は…もうすこし、余裕ある日程で泊まりたいです！"

"Great hotel near all the Hiroshima sites and public transport. Excellent sized room, bathroom sizeable (for Japan standards), adequate hot water all the time, great wster pressure. Breakfast was amazing with their selection of a cooked meal, along with an extensive buffet. 14th floor bar and reception was great and in the afternoon/ evening they had canapes which were redeemed using coins provided upon check-in. A really nice touch. Great stay!"

"Room are fairly sized, very clean, well maintained, and comfortable! The vanity amenities are quite nice! The girl at the front desk was amazing! Very friendly, sweet, talkative attentative, and her english was perfect!! She was a pleasure to chat with. The girls at the bellman counter were great as well, they were very busy but very efficient and very courteous!"
