Stayed 1 night in May 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Ito Apr 30, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities 施設が古くて価格とつりあった体験には思いません。 湯本の温泉街はこじんまりとして、混雑もしておらず散策しやすくて好きでした。 ##### Ito Stayed 1 night in Apr 2025 ### 6/10 Okay #### Mariko Jun 18, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness 掃除がいきとどいていて、スタッフの方の対応も良かった。 温泉まで遠い。 夕食のスタッフの方が新人で、新人なのでわかりませんのスタンスで対応されていた。瓦そば、ちゃんこ鍋も火をつけて頂いたけど、説明がなかったので瓦そばは焦げ付くものだと思っていたら他の席の方が『混ぜるように』と言われていたので『えっ』となった。ベテランさんのお酒の説明はとてもわかりやすく、道の駅情報も教えてくれて次の日楽しめた。 ##### Mariko Stayed 1 night in Jun 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### YOSHIAKI Apr 22, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 湯元温泉最高 家族参加者の中に、方向おんち、が居ましてお風呂から部屋に帰る時に近くのエレベーターに乗車して迷子になりました。出来れば分岐する場所に道案内をひと工夫願います。 夕食時間について、今回17時にチェックインしました。 食事時間が18：00からと19：00からに設定されていて、 中間の18：30を希望しましたが叶えて貰えませんでした。急いでお風呂に入り18：00を少し過ぎてしまいました。 ![](https://a.travel-assets.com/ugc/hotel-reviews/6c20534f-cc73-4160-ad21-4f9aa44b9e67-1745290186785.jpg?impolicy=resizecrop&rw=204&ra=fit&q=high) ##### YOSHIAKI Stayed 1 night in Apr 2025 ### 6/10 Okay #### Takayuki May 26, 2025 エアコンが壊れるトラブルがありましたが 朝早くから対応してもらいました ##### Takayuki Stayed 1 night in May 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Eisuke Mar 14, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service 出張の際に利用させていただきました。 チェックインの際に対応していただいたフロントの女性スタッフの方は無愛想で対応がいまいちでした。 説明も不足していてタオルがどこにあるか、大浴場へのアクセス等わからりにくいことがとても多かったです。 お部屋は掃除がきちんとされていて綺麗でしたが、大浴場（部屋に風呂は無い）のバスマットや浴場の床などはかなり施設自体が古いのもありますがちょっと不気味な感じがしました。 朝食も開始時時刻の前から会場の前で待っている方が数名いらっしゃったようですが、開始時間になっても誘導やアナウンスがなくてずっと待っていらっしゃる方がいて不親切なように感じました。 8時頃チェックアウトしましたが、その際はフロント対応は一名で列が出来ていてとても待ちました。 ネットにて事前精算しているのでなんでこんな待つんだろうと思いましたが、チェックアウトの際に入湯税300円精算という流れでした。チェックイン時に入湯税精算してくれた方がチェックアウトがスムーズになると思います。 ##### Eisuke Stayed 1 night in Mar 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Tin Oct 15, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### First ryokan, did not disappoint! I'd never stayed in a ryokan before, but have always heard what it was like. I can confidently say, after being in this one, that ryokans are an exceptional place to relax. The traditional rooms are spacious, has a great views, and sleeping in a futon on tatami is a classic for a reason! The amenities are very nice too, with two whole building's worth of stuff! A public bath, karaoke, arcade, bowling, an izakaya, etc. Probably the only thing I would like is wifi in the room (it's only otherwise found in the lobby). Oct 4, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 金曜日に宿泊しましたが、お部屋が余ってると言われ同じ料金でグレードアップしてくれていました。 出てる写真は大体昔のものなので期待せずに行きましたが、綺麗に整備されていて、清潔感やあり、ご飯なども標準のプランでしてが美味しかったです。 男湯と女湯入れ変わりますが、片方が少し設備的に傷んでましたが、脱衣場も髪の毛をこまめに掃除していて、シャンプーもリンスもボディーソープもよかったです。 アフロに小さいタオルも用意されていてよかった。 ##### ??
