"We visited with our two grandchildren, ages 11 & 8. The setting here was exactly what we were looking for. The 8-year-old spent a lot of time climbing around the rocks and exploring the creek while I sat on the shore where I could keep a watchful eye while enjoying my coffee. The kids also liked the game room and the fact that they each had their own bedroom with a TV for games and You Tube. The overall location was great. Very rural yet minutes away from restaurants and shopping. As people who drink more water than most, we appreciated the bottled water dispenser that is there.There were just a couple of things that keep this from a 5 rating. There was only 1 hand towel in the bathroom. The everyday supplies like toilet paper and garbage bags were provided but in very limited quantities. We only used one garbage bag during our stay but there was only one extra to put in the can upon our departure.The kitchen appliances are nice, but the toaster and toaster oven are a bit techie.I would stay here again. It's a good value. Good for a young couple get away with or without kids, or anyone looking for some peace and quiet."

"The lake cottage was fantastic! Super clean and everything that we needed. We just forgot our fishing poles as the bass were jumping in the lake. It is a perfect place to get away and my wife and I loved it."

"The Red Fox Ridge was just what we needed! I brought the family down to visit the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and Cincinnati Zoo the cabin was perfectly located for this. The historic feel and country setting is unique and quiet. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The cabin was well equipped for cooking our meals, making s’mores and roasting hot dogs. We walked the creek and grounds nightly, didn’t see a red fox but plenty of turkeys and a few deer . We enjoyed the games both outdoors and indoors. We will definitely return and plan to recommend to anyone coming to the area.Thank you for opening you family home to us."

"New Richmond looks like a ghost town, but it has an excellent coffee shop right next to our bldg. the place was quiet & the apartment is clean & comfortable & sharp looking. The bathroom is in major need of a remodel, especially the shower. Otherwise the place was perfect for our needs & was easy to get to Cincinnati too."

"The property manager was great. I had some problems with my credit card payment on my end and she was extremely helpful getting that resolved. The location was an easy drive to Cincinnati and there was an awesome donut shop about a 5 minute walk down the road. For a large group I don't know how you could beat it. Would highly recommend! "
