"We based out of Cheticamp for the 3rd stop of a 3 part Nova Scotia family vacation and our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer! So many beds/ bedrooms that we all had our space, and a fabulous upstairs sitting area with full windows and view of the st Lawrence and a family of seals. This room was stocked with so many fun games for the kids to play. The home was literally perfect for our unexpected rain day/ a great place to cozy up, read, and watch the sea and seals. "When my wife picked out this unit, I had reservations because it is downstairs. Despite being downstairs, there are views of the Cheticamp harbor from 2 bedrooms and it is extremely well furnished, including dishwasher and washer/dryer, well designed and well maintained. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Additional pluses include a storage shed—we kept our bicycles there, it’s walking distance from several good restaurants and two venues with live music. "Property was very nice just like the pictures and lots of room We were 3 retired couples and the peace and quiet was just what we wanted It is in a beautiful river valley 15 minutes from the Cabot trail and the park entrance There is a great golf course,restaurants and bars with entertainment The host was amazing and very accessible Can’t say enough good about the place"

"Confusion on date of check-in @ 5pm, having to wait for a team to arrive to prepare it for us, but we’re fairly compensated for it. Three bedrooms with pull out couch in living room, but the third bedroom had wash/dryer & hot water tank in it. It had everything we needed, but could have been a lot cleaner. The views are breathtaking."

"Could not use bbq it was covered in old dirty fat/grease, cooker was old electric with no roasting pans supplied, fireplace was broken and could not be used, shower taps and head were loose and toilet flush was ify, overall the cabins were nice but the installations were old and the layout was not thought out eg you have to move all the furniture to watch the tv. Probably would not use a again overpriced for what is was"
