Great Stay!

We had a great stay the property was exactly how it was listed. It had a very nice deep bubble bath tub in it that we had no idea that it had so it was a great surprise!

Quiet location house needs work

Queen beds and twin beds were lumpy, cheap mattresses. Only one bed side table in bedroom with no lamp, had to move a no switch half broke lamp with no way to turn off except unscrewing the bulb to the bedroom. There was another no switch non working lamp occupying space in the living area too. The toilet flange sat up above the flooring, so had to put a piece of cardboard under front lip to keep it from rocking. 2 of the three smoke detectors were awol. Overall I’d say the owner is satisfied with collecting the money and keeping the place “adequate” for the masses.

There were several problems with the property. Broken bricks in entryway causing tripping hazard, floors were sticky and we had to mop it on our first night there, bathroom door would not lock, toilet would rock, bathroom sink hot and cold handles reversed,

This was our first visit here and I was extremely pleased!! Me and my three kids, two who are adults and my 11 year old had plenty of room, it was very clean, and the whole process of checking in and out was flawless. Loved the welcome note on the counter as well! 5 stars!
