Each couple had their own bathroom. the only issue we had at first was the parking pass was not there when we arrived but they got it down to us a few hours later. Text messages kept saying the lot was located at 97 Spring but you cannot see the parking lot from the road. We had to walk into Duvet to get clarity. All in all not a big deal. It’s in walking distance of King Street and everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood is great and quiet. The only thing to be aware of is there is an apartment above you and this is an older building so we heard the creaky floors when those guests came home, moved chairs around and partied. The property asks you take off shoes because it is very noisy for the people below but our neighbors ignored that request unfortunately. ##### Tracey D. We liked having 2 bathrooms and a comfortable hang out area. We had an issue with one of the mini split A/C units and they had an HVAC company out the same day to fix it. Communication was great.
