« Pictures are misleading. They need to showcase the entire property especially the front. Cigarette butts were scattered all over the front porch. Only 2 towels provided for a 4 day stay. Property is much older than what appears in pictures. Make up wipes were not provided like they initially said they were. Sheets were stained and no extra paper towels or cleaning items in the home. »

« The condo was super nice and perfect if you’re looking for something on the (old) west side. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there was no AC as the condo has an evaporative cooler so in the winter it switches to heat only so it was HOT. El Paso had a very hot Christmas this year, it was 75 degrees the whole week we were there so not having that AC was not ideal as the condo reached 82 inside. They did provide fans and the complex is gated and safe so we were able to open the...
