« The property is good with only one flaw. The owner is terrific and communicates well. The issue is the construction of the bathroom. The toilet sits almost underneath the sink, making it very difficult to use for a person over 6 foot tall. With a bit of rework in the bathroom, this will be a terrific rental. Of course, for folks under 6 feet tall, the current bathroom is likely no problem. »

« Parking in the street but the curb was so high that you could get out of the drivers side or the car. Did not receive directions email from the host until we were trying to gain access at 11 pm so it was dark and we couldn’t figure out how to open the gate to the Duplex’s. The steps were uneven and the floor of the property was uneven. The back yard grass that was there was super high but mostly dirt. It would have been nice if the shower had a shelf because you had to put all of your stuff on...

« Vrbo host poor communication skills- did not respond to any of my questions on the vrbo app, had to call to get check in instructions. On vrbo app, listing stated that check in instructions are emailed 3 days before check in - I had to call and text the host the day before. All he had to do was respond with,”I send them the night before” if that was the case. Note that there are no toiletries. »

« I stayed at Casa Mina #2(on the ground floor) for 2 nights to go to a concert at Sun bowl. Decor was so lovely and the room was spacious, it’s nice to have a refrigerator inside of the room(in the kitchen). The only thing that could be improved is the deep cleaning.
