Ground Floor:
Spacious family kitchen with modern units, electric range oven, built in dishwasher, fridge freezer, dish washing machine and table 4 seated. Easy access to decking and outside seating, bbq and garden.
Dining area with a large oak dining table and chairs for 8.
Beautiful welcoming lounge with fireplace, a 50" TV, leather sofas, a low coffee table and marble floor.
Spacious downstairs full bathroom.
First floor:
Bedroom 1 - Large, light and airy bedroom with king size bed, dressing table and stool, en suite shower room and toilet. Two balconies, garden views.
Bedroom 2 - Large comfortable bedroom with double size bed.
Bedroom 3 – two single beds bedroom.
Bedroom 4 - Beautiful 2 single beds, can be used as an office.
Family Bathroom - Modern bath to relax and unwind with over bath shower, sink and WC.
All bedrooms have desk, balcony with garden view and wardrobe.
Facilities-Amenities:
Garden with trees, bushes, flowers, wooden swing, hammock.
Decking with garden furniture for up to 10 guests, BBQ area with facilities. Enclosed lawn area with some outdoor toys.
Air conditioning in all rooms, solar water heater.
Kitchen; Refrigerators, cooker/stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, boiler, squeezer, dishwasher, washing machine. dishes/glasses, cutlery and all utensils for family cooking.
Television satellite antenna, DVD Player - Stereo System, Electric iron and iron board, Hair dryer,
Dishwasher tablets and basic cleaning equipment/material provided.
Linen sheets, blankets, bath towels and beach towels are provided and if needed additional beds and high chair/cot. Cleaning service every 3/4 days with change of linen and bath towels.
The car is recommended if you plan to explore Crete.

Great Experience
It was a pleasure to stay in this villa. Huge garden, perfect BBQ area, spatious rooms, nice furnitures and efficient kitchen. Perfect position to reach Chania center in 10 minutes and just 1 minutes far from the main road to reach all beaches and other towns. The hosts were really nice and always available to answer our questions. Really recommended for families with children and groups of friends.
